(Seamstress) Viewing your orders

It's important to keep track of your orders and see their progress. To do this, you can view all your orders under Order History!

1. Click on your name at the top right hand corner of the website.
   
   
2. Click the Order History button.
   
   
   
3. Click the "View" button to see each order in detail.

You can also see the status of each order. All statuses are in the following order:

1. When you first place the order, the status will be Pending Confirmation.
2. After customer approves and pays for the order, the status will change to Paid - In Progress
3. When you complete the order and click the button "Mark as Ready", the status will change to Ready for Collection
4. When the customer collects the order and clicks the button "Mark as Collected," the status will change to Completed
5. If the admin has helped refund the order, the status will change to Refunded.
