(Customers) Viewing your orders

It's important to keep track of your orders and see their progress. To do this, you can view all your orders under Order History!

1. Click on your name at the top right hand corner of the website.
   
   
2. Click the Order History button.
   
   
   
3. Click the "View" button to see each order in detail.

You can also see the status of each order. All statuses are in the following order:

1. When your seamstress first places the order, the status will be Pending Confirmation.
2. After you pay for the order, the status will change to Paid - In Progress
3. When the seamstress completes the order and clicks the button "Mark as Ready", the status will change to Ready for Collection
4. When you collect the order and click the button "Mark as Collected," the status will change to Completed
5. If the admin has helped refund the order, the status will change to Refunded.
